Services Included to Symposium Registration Fee and Additional Informations:

  • Symposium registration fee includes, attending to scientific program, symposium bag, symposium kit, abstracts (book or DVD), name tags, certificate of attendance, welcome cocktail, coffee breaks and lunch.
  • You need to send an e-mail or fax message which refers the receipt related to the payment and filled registration form in order to complete your registration. Please use below bank accounts for the payment.
  • You need to indicate name of the accompanied person on the registration form and you also need to pay the registration fee for he/she.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be in written notification and addressed to the organization secretariat by fax or e-mail, cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
  • Until September 1, 2017 the registration fee will be full refunded.
  • Until September 30, 2017, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
  • After September 30, 2017, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the total fee will be charged.
  • All refunds will be processed after the symposium.
